We were very pleased with Michael from start to finish. He came over to do an estimate at a time that was convenient for me, not him. We really didn't have a clue what we wanted done, so his knowledge was paramount. We looked through a lot of sample colors and decided what we wanted to go with. An estimate was done on the spot, and honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. He was very upfront letting us know that he had a number of people ahead of us and told us the expected time frame. No sugar coating just to make us happy. Before he started, we looked at the colors again. We still liked the color we had picked, but he suggested a bit darker stain for the rails and uprights. A great idea and no additional cost. I think it looks great. Of course, the weather didn't cooperate when he did get to us, but he worked on it when he could. (He actually finished on a Sunday afternoon) Micharl delivered as promised and exceeded our expectations. If Michael reads this, I hope he wants to add any pictures he may have. (I don't have any as I am writing this) I just have nothing but good things to say about the work he did.

The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because I felt the cost/estimate was higher than expected for the amount of work completed and the time spent on the project. While I was very pleased with the finished product, I believe the pricing was on the high side. Overall, I would recommend Michael to anyone looking for quality workmanship!
